Why most leadership programs fail
Focus on theory instead of real application
No link to business performance
Disconnected from operational systems
No sustained behavior change
Most programs teach concepts. Very few change how leaders actually operate.
This is not training. This is capability building.
This program is built around real work, real problems, and real systems.
Participants do not learn about operational excellence — they apply it in their own environment.
Each module requires evidence of implementation before progression to the next stage.
Learn → Apply → Validate → Progress
01
Learn
Participants understand key concepts and frameworks
How the program works
Access to each module is only granted after successful validation of the previous one.
Duration: 12 months
Approach: A structured journey combining learning, real application, and coaching.
02
Apply
They implement them in real operational environments
03
Validate
Evidence is submitted (reports, case studies, real visuals)
04
Progress
Advancement depends on demonstrated capability
Learning happens in real operations
This is not classroom-based training.
The program includes:
- On-site visits
- Coaching sessions
- Real operational application
- Direct observation and feedback
Participants are evaluated in real situations:
- Leading team meetings
- Solving real operational problems
- Communicating with teams
- Driving performance
Capabilities are not assessed in theory — they are demonstrated in practice.
Program Architecture
1.Foundations of Operational Excellence
- In this module, leaders start turning concepts into visible behavior on the shop floor. They practice being present at the Gemba, having meaningful coaching conversations, and creating psychological safety and engagement. The focus is on making work visual, connecting daily actions to purpose, and taking ownership for people development. By the end, early signs of Lean culture and systems thinking should be visible in how leaders act, not just in what they know.
2.Structured Leadership & Crisis‑Ready Communication
- This module builds the core leadership behaviors needed to run a stable, high‑performing plant. Leaders learn to lead by example at the Gemba, build trust and motivation, and communicate clearly in both daily routines and emergencies. The module also introduces Emergency Control Centers (ECC) and digital performance dashboards so managers can detect deviations early, escalate smartly, and coordinate cross‑functional responses with discipline instead of firefighting.
3.Systems Thinking – From Blaming People to Improving the System
- In this module, you will learn that real plant performance comes not from isolated actions, but from the strength of the system as a whole. You will learn to see beyond individual mistakes or single process failures and understand the real causes of variation, bottlenecks, and performance gaps. Systems Thinking will shift your mindset from blaming people to improving the connections between people, processes, and leadership behaviours.
4 . Stable, Waste‑Free Operations with TPM
Design and run stable operations using TPM (JIPM global standards) as the backbone for loss elimination. Participants learn to optimize line layouts, manage inventory through simple visual systems, and structure effective genba walks that surface and solve problems early. The focus is on reducing waste and variability, improving flow and equipment reliability, and building daily management routines that keep performance under control.
5. From Daily Performance Management to Strategic Problem Solving
Learn to run the plant with clear daily control and a strong link to strategy. In this module, you will connect daily management systems with a structured strategy deployment process (Hoshin Kanri), so that KPIs, routines and problem‑solving are all aligned with the company’s long‑term priorities. You will practice turning strategic goals into concrete targets, cascaded actions and visual follow‑up, ensuring that what happens every day on the shop floor truly supports the future direction of the business.
6. People Development & TWI
- Structured capability systems based on TWI methods. We work with the three core “J” programs – Job Instruction, Job Methods and Job Relations – to build leaders who can standardize, improve and lead daily work on the shop floor. Job Instruction ensures critical tasks are taught in a clear, repeatable way. Job Methods focuses on simplifying and improving how work is done. Job Relations helps leaders handle people issues fairly and constructively, strengthening trust and performance.
7 . Leading Change and Shaping Culture
- In this module, you move from firefighting to truly leading change. You will understand why people resist, how habits and mindsets are formed, and what it takes to build a growth‑oriented culture. Using Kotter’s 8 steps, A3, Gemba Walks, visual boards and HoRenSo, you will practice structured communication and daily leadership routines that align teams, reduce silos, and make change visible, sustainable, and owned by your people.
8.Mastering Leadership Through Self-Development and Sustainable Habits
In this module, you will explore the critical role of self-awareness, time management, and habit-building in becoming a transformational leader. Learn how to shift from reactive firefighting to intentional growth by mastering four essential practices: self-reflection, disciplined time management, empowered delegation, and sustainable leadership behaviors. This module equips you with tools like the Delegation Matrix, time-blocking strategies, and habit systems to scale your impact while fostering team growth. By focusing on personal development, you will not only enhance your leadership effectiveness but also create a culture of continuous improvement and resilience within your organization.
Reports
Learning is validated through real application
The objective is not to test knowledge — but to ensure the ability to apply it in real environments.
Participants must demonstrate implementation through:
Case studies
Visual evidence from operations
Certification & continuous development
Participants receive the Operational Excellence Leadership Certification upon completion.
Certification is maintained through a structured development system:
Continuous improvement activities
Leadership of real initiatives
Coaching and mentoring others
Participation in learning events
Leadership development does not end with certification — it evolves continuously.
Integrated with your organization
This program is not standalone. It is embedded into your transformation journey —
ensuring that capability development translates into performance.
What organizations gain
Leaders capable of driving performance
Stronger execution systems
Reduced dependency on external support
Sustainable improvement culture
A structured and adaptive journey
The program follows a structured roadmap, with flexibility depending on engagement levels and organizational context. Progression is based on real implementation, not time alone.
